Sales Designer (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in commercial/office design is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing design and client-centric sales work.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (experience with Canva or PowerPoint is a bonus).
Passionate about design, space planning, and client service.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Posses own transportation and valid driving license.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
Skills Required: Design Skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques.
Responsibilities
Engage with leads and potential clients to understand their workspace needs and propose tailored interior design solutions.
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layout plans, and 3D visuals in collaboration with the design team.
Prepare and pitch proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients confidently and persuasively.
Manage and follow up on sales leads, client meetings, and project briefings.
Coordinate closely with internal designers and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
Stay up to date on workplace trends, design innovations, and client industries to offer strategic insights.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
