Telemarketing Executive

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
Sales-driven and result-oriented.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in sales or customer engagement will be an added advantage.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote water treatment equipment and generate leads.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to present product demonstrations and proposals.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and call outcomes.
Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Provide product information and answer customer inquiries regarding water treatment equipment.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on telemarketing activities and results.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
