Content & Live Operations Executive

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Videography, Film, or related fields.
Bonus if you have live-streaming experience, a fanbase, or experience managing content
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin
Familiar with platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, or similar
Strong creative sense in content styling and visual presentation.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Open to feedback, learning, and growing
Team player who’s collaborative and communicates well
Responsibilities

Plan and execute engaging live streaming content to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
Manage the full live streaming process: content planning, styling, image planning, studio setup, scheduling, and hosting (if required).
Analyze live stream metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize content and operations.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to propose fresh, innovative live stream ideas.
Produce creative short-form content tailored for TikTok trends and audience.
Host and manage engaging sessions on TikTok LIVE.
Interact with viewers and build a loyal community of fans and followers.
Join regular team training sessions to level up your skills in fan engagement, live performance & content strategy.
Work closely with fellow creators, collaborate on ideas, co-host sessions, and grow together as a team.
