Internship For Assistant, People Business Partnering

Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in any related discipline
Demonstrate experience in implementing People strategies/initiatives to achieve business goals with tangible People metrics
Proven HR operational execution within fast-changing environments (FMCG, retail knowledge advantageous)
Ability to work with diverse cultures and multiple levels
Strong communication skills with diplomacy in communicating intended messages in a manner that is respectful and positively received
Excellent numeracy and quantitative analysis skills
Excellent proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Basic English (both written and spoken) preferred
Chances of being promoted to a permanent position
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
General
Support to execute Smollan management team's decisions on short-/long-term People initiatives in line with company’s business direction and aligned to the Regional People Strategy
Execute tactical day-to-day People processes across business operations
Execute service delivery, systems and work tools utilization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner
Prepare periodical reports to provide validated People metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions
Execute exceptional people experience initiatives including employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments to ensure a great place to work
Support manager in executing change management initiatives across the organization
