Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse audience.
Basic proficiency in photography and videography, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, and CapCut.
Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
Basic knowledge of content marketing principles and a passion for creating engaging and informative content.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Based in Seri Kembangan or willing to commute to the office location daily.
Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) targeting the Malaysian market.
Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos) in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing initiatives.
Support the content marketing strategy by assisting in the creation of blog posts, articles, and other relevant content to drive organic traffic and engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Assist in managing and updating the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and performance tracking.
