Requirements

Possess a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in managing interior design and renovation projects.
Exhibit proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Possess a strong understanding of interior design principles, architectural concepts, and construction processes.
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams.
Exhibit strong scheduling and budgeting skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Must be willing to work on-site

Responsibilities

Manage interior design and renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (designers, architects) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, clients) to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and tender documents for renovation projects.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules and budgets.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
