Requirements

Possess a Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and handle related correspondence.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with internal and external parties.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations.
Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in office management tasks, including handling correspondence, managing files, and maintaining office supplies.
Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the director.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
Responsibilities

Travel & Logistics Management

Arrange and coordinate all business and personal travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and itinerary planning.
Schedule & Calendar Management

Manage appointments, events, meetings, and daily schedules, ensuring smooth transitions between engagements.
Event & Guest Handling

Organize and support formal/informal events; welcome and attend to guests with proper etiquette.
Household & Vendor Coordination

Oversee the smooth running of the household including liaison with domestic staff, maintenance vendors, and service providers.
Wardrobe & Packing Management

Maintain wardrobe organization, manage packing/unpacking for trips, and assist with attire preparation.
Personal Errands & Confidential Tasks

Run errands such as shopping, reservations, or banking; manage confidential tasks or information discreetly.
Administrative & Communication Support

Handle emails, calls, documentation, and personal correspondence on behalf of the employer.
