Marketing & Project Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements
Diploma holders are welcome; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsible and detail-oriented, with clear logical thinking, adaptability, and strong team spirit.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to independently analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or alternatively, experienced in operating and managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Responsibilities
Assisting in project coordination and client communication, supporting the team in managing the full project lifecycle from initial inquiry to delivery and after-sales follow-up.
Supporting social media operations, including content creation, post scheduling, and platform management across channels like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
