Sales Assistant Cum Live Host

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sales Assistant cum Live Host to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about plants, confident on camera, and loves engaging with customers both in-person and online. You will play a key role in assisting with daily operations at the nursery and hosting live sessions on social media platforms.

Job Requirement:

Age 18 and above
Friendly, energetic, and confident in front of the camera
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
Experience in live hosting or social media is an added advantage
Interest in gardening, plants, or home décor is preferred
Able to work on weekends and public holidays (Rest Day will be scheduled)
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers at the nursery and handle daily sales transactions
Host live selling sessions on social media (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok)
Arrange and maintain product displays (plants, pots, accessories)
Manage online customer inquiries and orders
Help with packing and preparing customer orders for delivery or pick-up
Support content creation and product promotions online
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
