HR Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, Malaysia & English
Good organisation and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with video shooting/content creation teams
Prior experience in e-commerce companies is a big advantage
Responsible, independent and proactive in work attitude
Responsibilities

Handle HR & admin tasks (recruitment, staff management, documentation)
Assist in content shooting coordination (schedule, location, basic planning)
Help source for middle-aged and elderly models for video content
Support translation of scripts/content in early stage (Chinese Malay/English)
Act as a liaison between creative/content team and HR
Ensure smooth workflow & communication during shoots and internal projects
