• Serve walk in customers who send or self collect documents and packages (Pickup), complaints and enquiries.
• Ensure documents or packages accepted from customers are according to SOP and our standard guidelines (eg. No prohibited items)
• Register customers sending details accurately in the system.
• Manage monetary transactions with integrity.
• Checking of orders, airway bills, customer service complains in the system daily.
• Scans of every arrival and departure of parcels.
• Prepare daily DP operation & sales reports.
• Supervise loading & unloading of goods. Ensure that every package that arrives at the branch is in good condition
• Manage salvage and airway bills items in the DP.
• Perform other daily administration tasks or stock keeping duty required to ensure DP operation runs smoothly.
• Ad-hoc task as per instructed by superior. Job Requirement:
• Minimum qualification is SPM and above.
• Can work in minimum supervision.
• Willing to work extra hours.
• Age 18 - 23
