Job Scope:
~Follow up and perform service schedule for all fleets on time
~Inspect and perform general check for all fleets frequently
~Be ready to serve if fleets experience sudden breakdown on road
~Monitor and communicate with drivers regarding fleets condition
~Schedule time efficiently to repair all fleets in order to ensure the smoothness of plant operation
~Inform plant manager as soon as possible for the purchase of spare parts once issues have been found out.
~Remind and monitor drivers to grease fleets on time
~Perform greasing on batching plant
~Do inform office for all repairing actives involved (including service schedule, stock in out etc)
~Monitor on drivers behalf for the wear and tear issues (e.g. adjust brakes etc)
~To monitor the availability of spare parts and replenishing supplies
~To perform welding works whenever required
~To perform all repair works on batching plant
~To maintain plant and fleets always in good working condition
~Analyse the repair works on fleet and provide feedback to plant manager regarding drivers’ behaviours.
Job Requirements:
~ Minimum 5 years of experience in repairing NISSAN and SINOTRUK tipper & mixer truck
~Ready mix concrete business or related industry experience a big plus
~Must have driving licence
~Have responsibility and good working ethics
~Strong analytical and problem solving skills
~Positive and pleasant personality with initiative to work towards achieving goals
~Self motivated with strong interpersonal skills
~Willing to work on weekdays, public holiday and beyond normal working hours
~Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
~Must be able to work under time constraints as needed
~Physically fit to perform all works under unfavourable circumstances
~Ability to work independently
~Openess to change, flexibility and adaptability
