Job Scope:
(1) Actively promote ready mix concrete to new customers
(2) Explain concrete grades, pricing etc to clients.
(3) Understand and inspect customers’ site before delivery (road condition, weather, bridge crossing? etc)
(4) Liaise with concrete batching plant team regarding the concrete delivery time, payment, volumes etc.
(5) Provide good customer service to new and existing customers.
(6) Be alert on the surroundings development.
(7) Ensure the safety of ready mix concrete trucks on site and provide solution whenever unexpected incidents happen.
(8) Request feedback from existing client (ways for improvement etc?)
(9) Be on site during concrete pouring and provide relevant details (pictures, arrival time) to batching plant admin.
(10) Updates daily progress schedule to batching plant admin.
(11) Maintain good customer relationship
(12) Any other duties assigned by management

Requirements:
(1) Have at least 1 year marketing experience (marketing experiences in any industries are welcome to apply)
(2) Have driving licence and possess own transport
(3) Excellent communication and team work skills
(4) Know the route direction & condition at Keningau
(5) Aggressive & can work independently without supervision
(6) Self motivated
