(ie: Car Insurance, Personal Payment, Personal Business, Family Issue, Personal & Company Income Tax, Personal & Company Properties & others)

- General administration & HR work
- Director travel arrangement (Flight Ticket, Accommodation, business schedule & itinerary)
- Arrange the Director Itinerary (Meeting & Personal Appointment)
- Arrange goods delivery
- Arrange meeting & appointment and prepare minutes of the meeting
- Prepare confidential official correspondences
- Property renovation & maintenance
- Petty cash, bookkeeping & claim
- Handle dealer's order
- Screen correspondence and emails
- Prepare confidential official correspondences
- Handle & arrange event schedule
- Handle Director personal correspondences & Ensure payment pay on time
- Prepare confidential official correspondences
- Liaise for invoicing, raise purchase order, logistic arrangement related work.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
