When comes to preschool education, love and care interaction are the most effective pedagogy to promote participation, understanding, and excellence outcome amongst the preschool children. Pedagogy of love and care is in line with the sunnah of Rasulullah SAW that is Spreading Mercy to the Whole World (Rahmatan lil’alamin).

We want our Little Caliphs students to regard their kindergarten years at Little Caliphs as the most fond memories.

Thus we are looking for those who have the LOVE AND PASSION early childhood education. If you are such person, come and join us in the mission to inculcate the love of Islam and knowledge amongst preschool children as an early preparation for them to become obedience slaves of Allah, Khalifah of Allah, and Ummat of Nabi Muhammad SAW.

Job Description:

Supporting the mission of TLCP
• To give young learners a wonderful and effective learning experiences using best practices in early childhood education
• Have an Islamic, confidence, good attitude, aura and values in their interaction with children
• Have a good classroom management, create pleasant and positive atmosphere with genuine TLC (Tender, Loving, Care) towards children in classroom.

Education
• To make sure reading records of children are maintained and checked regularly.
• To make sure all books are used according to students’ levels, marked consistently.

Environment
• Use right tone of voice to the children and giving positive teacher’s talk.
• English communication is heard in the center by all staffs and children are able to understand and communicate in full English sentences
• Children are well supervised looking bubbly, adorable and happy with the staff and enjoying themselves.
